Terms and Conditions

Please read these term of use carefully before you start using the site as they will create an agreement between you and us and ensure you have the correct information.

Please check that the detail in these terms and the order confirmation are complete and accurate before you commit yourself to the contract if you think that there is a mistake, please make sure that you ask to confirm any changes in writing, as we only accept responsibility for statements and representations made in writing.

By using our site, you indicate that you have read, understood, considered and you accept this term of use.

Payments and Pricing

Your Seb.Landscaping will agree a price and the scope of each task and payment terms directly with You, the Customer, on site.

In return we will require you to agree to the following:

1.1: If prices are based only on pictures and information provided by you, we reserve the right to amend the Quote/Order confirmation should we feel is necessary. we also require ONE person to provide directions and instructions as to the service to be delivered and the same person to agree that these have been delivered on completion to Your satisfaction.

1.2: All landscaping and general maintenance pricing is based on information and pictures provided by customers (you) or after viewing the place. Price is specific for each project depending on its special requirements. A deposit is required 2 days prior of the job. The deposit is refundable if cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the start date. Payment is required within the time frame set out be your Seb Landscaping. Late payment may incur a £15 admin fee plus interest. If You are not satisfied with the work carried out it must be brought to the attention of Seb landscaping management within 24 hours explaining why You are not satisfied.

Bookings and confirmation

2.1:- At the time of the booking, if you provide us with an incorrect size of your garden, incomplete or inaccurate information or instructions, we reserve the right to amend the quote and charge of a reasonable sum to cover any extra work that is required, or cancel the order. Failure to observe an appointment may incur a fee.

2.2: Seb.Landscaping (Operators) accept no responsibility for loss or damage caused to Your property due to You leaving the property unsecured to allow us to carry out the work in Your absence.

2.3: Seb.Landscaping Operators ask You to inform us of cables either buried or obscured or any other obstacles. We accept no responsibility for any damage caused during the course of the work if this is not pointed out before we start the work.

2.4: If unforeseen conditions or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of an SEB.Landscaping Operator causes delay or prevents the service being carried out in accordance with the price and scope of each task then your SEB.Landscaping Operators will have the right to review the price and scope and / or re-schedule the work for a future date.
