RESIN BOUND SURFACES
The outdoor surfaces, as important as their finishing with cement, concrete, or any hard material is, are the cause of many accidents and inconvenience due to the rigidity. Although saving money by going for the cheaper option is always going to be the top of the chart priority for the driveway to your garage, but if you give more regard to preventing your kids from falling or any other mishaps caused off a slippery surface when wet, you surely are going to consider more appropriate options.
What We Cover
Our Resin Bound Surfaces Process
Resin bound surfaces are made by mixing natural aggregates with a clear resin binder, creating a smooth yet permeable surface. The texture can be customized depending on the aggregate size chosen, ranging from fine to coarse finishes that suit different aesthetic and functional needs.
Resin bonding provides several advantages upon installation ranging from an improved and personalized appeal to enhanced safety. Here are some of the most compelling benefits of resin bounding the hard surfaces at the exterior of your house.
The resin (rubbery top) is a manufactured product, which makes it available in a wide array of colors unlike the traditional gray of a cemented driveway or the monotonous shade of concrete. You get the option of choosing the color of your liking and also being able to make patterns, letters, and shapes as you would wish.
The topmost layer of the surface is always covered by a high-friction, soft, and rubbery textured resin that provides a perfectly strong grip when stood on. This decreases the slip and fall accidents in places where it is installed. Even in situations of heavy rain and puddles standing by, you can count on it for providing the friction you need.
The resin bonding of exterior surfaces is a rising trend across the country that every homeowner would want to incorporate in their house if he hasn't already. Investing in resin bounding the exterior surface of your house is always going to come back to you at the time of sale as you will be able to sell your house much faster and at a better price.
